As part of the Pro-life Generation, Mary Lovee Varni is passionate about advocating for the dignity of all human life both personally and professionally. Mary is the program manager for the Respect Life Apostolate for the Archdiocese of St. Louis and a volunteer regional board member with Missouri Right to Life.
Her pro-life advocacy began when her Catholic grade school teacher asked her class to pray for the unborn and their moms. Mary was so concerned she quickly sent a letter to President George Bush who actually wrote back. That letter now sits on her desk as a daily reminder of how one person can make a difference.
Since that time, God continues to lead Mary on an amazing pro-life adventure in which she meets heroes of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds from students attending the March for Life to international pro-life speaker/writer Abby Johnson. Mary enjoys sharing this adventure with others while inspiring them to do the same.
